01. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Dragon Metrics Asia, concerning your access to and use of our metrics systems and the DragonMetricsAsia.digital website.
By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and our trading analytics services, and you must discontinue use immediately.

02. Analytics Usage & Precision
Dragon Metrics Asia provides high-precision evaluation systems for informational purposes. While we strive for the highest accuracy in our trading analytics, data points are subject to market volatility and technical latency.
- Metrics provided are for internal decision support only.
- Electronic redistribution of live data feeds is strictly prohibited without a separate API License Agreement.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their hardware meets the minimum requirements for low-latency stream processing.
03. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by Dragon Metrics Asia.
The Content and Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. In no event will Dragon Metrics Asia or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our metrics systems.
06. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Vietnam. Dragon Metrics Asia and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Vietnam shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
